Mobile Locksmith Express provides mobile locksmith services including, but not limited to:

All services are performed by trained locksmith contractors and/or our technicians. Service availability may vary by location, time, and demand. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
Service Requests and Scheduling
When you submit a service request through our website, by phone, or by any other means, you are requesting locksmith services but are not guaranteed a specific arrival time or contractor and/or technician assignment. We make every effort to respond promptly, but response times may vary based on location, availability, and service conditions.
A service request is not a binding contract until a contractor and/or technician has been dispatched and confirmed.
Pricing and Payments
- Pricing for services may vary depending on the type of service, location, time of day, complexity, and parts or materials required.
- A service call fee ranging from $29 to $95 may apply regardless of whether the full service is completed on-site.
- The full price of any service will be provided to you before any work is performed. Our contractors and/or our technicians will not begin work until you have agreed to the quoted price.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Payments are collected either on-site at the time of service or through a secure payment link sent directly by us. We do not accept or process payments through the website.
- When paying by credit or debit card, additional processing fees may apply.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for all charges associated with your service request.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a contractor and/or technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee. We reserve the right to charge for any work already performed or materials already procured at the time of cancellation.
Proof of Ownership or Authorization
For security purposes, our contractors and/or our technicians may require proof of ownership, residency, or authorization before performing certain locksmith services, including but not limited to vehicle lockouts, lock changes, and key replacements. Acceptable forms of verification may include a valid photo ID, vehicle registration, lease agreement, or other documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate verification cannot be provided.
Warranty and Guarantees
Mobile Locksmith Express and/or its subcontractors stand behind the quality of our work. All services are covered by a warranty of up to 30 days from the date the service was performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials provided by us.
The warranty becomes void if any person or party not authorized by Mobile Locksmith Express has touched, tampered with, adjusted, repaired, or otherwise modified the lock, key, product, or any component related to the service we performed. This includes, but is not limited to, work done by other locksmiths, handymen, or the customer themselves.
The warranty also does not cover damage caused by misuse, forced entry, normal wear and tear, or exposure to conditions beyond normal use.
Any warranty claims must be reported to us promptly within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the work before honoring a warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Mobile Locksmith Express and its contractors and/or our technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles, or property that is discovered during or after service.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or high service demand.
